Straffan Antiques and Design Centre is a family run business with over 20 years of experience in the furniture business.
Esatablished 1988, Maries Antiques and Pianos traded for 16 sucessful years in the village of Clane Co.Kildare.
In 2003 the growing family business felt the need to expand. So Straffan Antiques and Design centre evolved with the relocation of entire business to the wonderful 18th century stone farm buildings of Barberstown House at Straffan Co. Kildare. This presented the opportunity to expand the business in the following main areas:

In 2009, Straffan Design Centre continues to grow with the opening of Marie’s Straffan Design on Main Street Clane.The new venture will include elements from Straffan Design, but will maintain the high standards set over the 21 years of trading.Marie’s at Main Street Clane is open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5.30pm and will offer a unique range of inspirational gifts, interior accessories and furniture offering customers great designs, value & choice.
